FIRST
Exploratory Discussion:
Communication is essential in building a great partnership and the exploratory discussion allows for both parties to familiarize ourselves. The main objective during this brief call is to understand your project, your vision, your needs and answer any questions you have. As a result, you will be able to determine if we are the right team to bring your project to life.
SECOND
Consultation:
During the in-home consultation, we will ask you some questions to further understand your vision, needs, and priorities. We will collaborate with you, share ideas and make great suggestions to enhance the project.
Lastly, we will thoroughly measure, document and photograph the existing space with the goal to provide you with a detailed itemized project proposal.
THIRD
Design Details and Agreement:
You have the opportunity to review the full proposal, including scope of work, renderings, timeliness and costs and decide to partner with us on your project. After finalizing the project details including design and scope of work, the construction agreement is signed and the down payment is processed.
FOURTH
Planning:
Planning is the key to a successful project. During this phase, we develop the construction schedule, construction plans, file permits, coordinate logistics and order all construction materials and finishes. By planning meticulously, we are able to drastically mitigate delays and ensure a smooth and successful project

Building:
Pre-construction:
Finally it is time to start the project and our entire team gathers at your home to review the space, scope of work, design and ensure you and our team are on the same page. This is a proactive measure to avoid any misunderstanding and delays. Next, our team protects your home from damage and dust by covering floors, railings, stairs, and installing plastic walls in order to contain dust. This helps keep a safe and clean jobsite.
Construction:
Our experienced crew begins to work on the project and follow the construction schedule. Throughout the project you will receive constant updates and communication so you are fully informed at all times. Also, at the end of every day, our crew will neatly organize tools, materials and clean up prior to departing. The goal is to keep a clean and safe job site.
Quality assurance:
Throughout the project our team is in constant communication and completes the work per code requirements ensuring the quality of the construction. Given we are a family owned business, owners are directly involved and monitor the standards of quality.
Post construction:
Once the project is nearly completed, our team does an internal inspection to ensure one last time that all the work has been completed to our rigorous standards of quality. Once this step is completed, you will have the opportunity to do a preliminary walkthrough with your project manager to make sure you are fully satisfied with the work. We will answer any questions you may have and immediately address any issues should they arise. Once all work is completed and you are fully satisfied with the project, we will perform a complementary cleaning service returning the job site clean and ready for you to enjoy the space.
